A Love Story (of sorts)

Just found this tiny staple bound comic I made about five years ago and it made me laugh (partly at the story and quite a great deal at the terrible illustrations!!).

The Happy Prince

"High above the city, on a tall column, stood the statue of the Happy Prince. He was gilded all over with thin leaves of fine gold, for eyes he had two bright sapphires, and a large red ruby glowed on his sword-hilt".

A very Royal do!

Well we pretty much went all out for the Royal Wedding on Friday and why not! We had pimms to toast during the ceremony followed by an amazing Royal Lunch (Coronation chicken, Jersey Royal potatoes etc). It was a fab day and felt great to be apart of something that (most!) of the country was celebrating. Congratulations to the happy couple! You can see the rest of the pics here.
